Grey & Purple Beaver Colonies had a great day at the Rossendale District Beavers Outdoor Activity Day at the Bowley International Campsite.
The Beavers were set a number of challenges which included some of the following – Tree ID, Cooking Brioche or Marshmallows over the open fire, Stick Towers, Fire lighting, Mud Painting, Collecting Fire Wood for the Campfire, Scavenger Hunt, Making Friendship Bracelets and playing giant sized Hungry Hippos.
The day was rounded off with a campfire.
Well done to the Seat Naze Explorer Scouts for helping to run a wonderful event for the Beavers.
