On Saturday 5th of April, five of our Cubs from Grey Pack took part in the Akela Trophy competition. This is a District competition in which teams are set several tasks in a bid to win the most points.
A total of 7 teams from 7 Groups competed from across the District and the Cubs took part in challenges such as fire lighting, soft tomahawk, tracking, tent pitching, map reading, first aid and a pioneering style challenge.
Grey Pack came third out of the seven teams with the top three being only separated by only 9 points and 1 point between the top two.
Very well done to all of those that took part. You did the Group proud.
