For the second year in a Row Purple Colony Beavers won the Rossendale District Akeema Shield Competition.
Competing against seven other teams including our own Grey Colony Beavers who came a commendable fourth, everyone worked hard at the challenges presented to them.
The Beavers were set a series of eight challenges consisting of the Box & Broom Relay, a Twister Memory Game, Archery, a Space Hopper Relay, Elephant Donut Challenge, a Jigsaw Puzzle, Ball Pipe Relay, and a Hockey Slalom.
Beavers from both Colonies should be complimented on their good behaviour and their commitment to doing their best for their team.
