| Members from all Sections were joined with parents and family for an evening of fun and entertainment. The night started with the Beetle Drive game. Fast and furious this is always a favourite. Who will be the first to rick the dice and draw all the parts of their Beetle? A choice of pie supper with accompaniments followed. This went down well with all present. Finally, for many the highlight of the evening, the campfire sing-song. The usual favourites including the “banana song” followed and everyone was in fine voice. The new Group Scout Leader elect was the brunt of a campfire sketch with the “magic enlarging machine”. A small cup of water turned into a large pan of water that soon found its way down his back.
