An excellent turnout of Squirrels, Beavers, Cubs and Scouts took part in the Annual St. George’s Day Parade in Rawtenstall.
Parading from Whitaker Park to St. Mary’s Church, a service was held to celebrate St George the Patron Saint of England and of Scouting and to celebrate our founder, Lord Baden-Powell.
A number of our Members received their Chief Scout Awards.
