 | Purple & Grey Cub Packs have been in action again in a District 6-a-side Football competition when 7 packs competed as 8 (1 mixed) teams. The teams were split into two leagues and over 8 minute games the top two teams in each league progressed to the semi-finals. Both our teams played well enough to form an all 38th semi-final with Grey Pack edging it to progress to the Final. They faced 43rd Rossendale for the District title. They broke first scoring the opening goal and had much of the territorial advantage but eventually 43rd levelled the score and then broke ahead with two quick goals which despite their best efforts Grey Pack were not able to reply to. |

| Congratulations to both Packs for games well played and reaching the semi-finals and especially well done to Grey Pack for being runners-up for the second year. This means they qualify to represent the District at the County Football competition.
