| Rawtenstall Fire Station were the hosts to Grey Colony Beavers to complete part of their Friendship Challenge Badge. The Beavers were shown around the station including the recreation area and crew quarters, but of course the most exciting part of the adventure was the opportunity to take a close up look at the fire engine and the firefighting equipment. A drive around the car park in the fire engine and the moorland caterpillar fire fighting machine was the highlight for all. Thank you to the crew for their hospitality on a most enjoyable evening.
