Grey Colony Beavers went on an adventure to Rawtenstall Fire Station, where they learned all about fire safety and what firefighters get up to.
This was working towards their My Skills Challenge Award – Go somewhere new.
The Beavers learned all about the different parts of a fire engine and lots of facts about the fire services.
The Beavers then completed a fire safety quiz where each team scored 10 out of 10!
The night ended with everyone having a go at using the giant hose, the highlight of the evening.
A great time was had by all. Thank you to the firefighters for giving up their time for us!
