Thirty three Beaver Scouts from the 38th joined around 70 other Beavers from Rossendale on a District Trip to Blackpool Zoo.

Travelling on two coaches the Beavers started their exploration soon after arrival.

Animals of all shapes and sizes occupied the Beavers throught the day.  The sea lion show was a particular favourite.

An ice cream mid-afternoon was welcome on the sunny summer’s day.

No trip of this nature would be complete without a visit to the shop as the eager Beavers were keen to spend every last penny of their allowance.
