 | Following their success in the District Competition, Grey Colony Beavers represented Rossendale in the County Curling Competition at Bowley Scout Camp Site. Their luck was not to hold as they came fifth out of five teams! |
| Hyndburn District came first with 126 points, followed by Burnley with 121 points, Blackburn with 95 points, Darwen with 71 points and finally Rossendale with 69 points. Everyone did their best and had fun trying Following the competition, the Beavers called in to see the Explorer Unit who were taking up residence in the Running Bear Tipi Village. They had a warm by the camp fire before making their journey home. |
