|With a propeller span of over 1-metre and a cost of £2500 nobody moved an inch or spoke a whisper as the T-Rex 600E Pro model helicopter lifted into the air. With the noise, you could be forgiven for thinking it was the real thing taking off.
This was just one of a number of working models skilfully flown by members of Ross Valley Model Flying Club who came along to the Purple Beaver Colony meeting to assist them with their Air Activities Badge.
The Beavers were fascinated with the display and were keen to ask question as they took a closer look at the aircraft.
