| Twenty five members of Purple Cub Pack attended camp at Hebden Hey Scout Camp Site at the end of the Easter Holidays. The weather was kind to the Group allowing for plenty of outdoor activities which included den building, archery, trekking, treasure hunting and putting up a tent. Other activities included “indoor caving”, map reading and a hike to Hardcastle Craggs with a short stop-off at the end to play in Hebden Water. No camp would be complete without Akela’s campfire. All the Cubs were in fine voice. | ||

| The Cubs were able to complete their Navigator Staged Activity Badge, whilst the younger members were able to complete the Our Adventure Challenge Badge and all were adding to the requirements for the Chief Scout Silver Award. Congratulation to Sarah who achieved her 20th Nights Away Activity Badge. Everyone had a terrific time and behaved superbly.
