2009 was rounded off for the Beaver Section with a fun event at Ski Rossendale. 25 of our Beavers joined around 100 more Beavers from around the Rossendale District. The Beavers snow tubed, sledged and tobogganed on the nursery ski slope on a cold but dry night. The highlight for most was the visit by Santa, but only after they sang Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer at the top of their voices. All the Beavers received a present before being sent home after a very enjoyable evening.
